What it really costs, per 5 g£1.25One 5 g dose is our comparison unit for L-Glutamine. It is not a recommendation.
A day£1.25
A week£8.75
A month£37.49
A year£456.15

At one 5 g dose a day, this pack lasts 36 days. A month is 30 days, so twelve of them is not quite a year.

How we worked it out

L-Glutamine

  • Servings: 720 ÷ 12 per serving = 60
  • In the pack: 60 × 3 g = 180 g
  • £44.99 ÷ 180 g × 5 g = £1.25 per 5 g
  • A week £1.25 × 7 = £8.75 · a month × 30 = £37.49 · a year × 365 = £456.15
  • Amount per serving: stated on the label.

L-Leucine

  • Servings: 720 ÷ 12 per serving = 60
  • In the pack: 60 × 2.5 g = 150 g
  • £44.99 ÷ 150 g × 3 g = 90p per 3 g
  • A week 90p × 7 = £6.30 · a month × 30 = £26.99 · a year × 365 = £328.43
  • Amount per serving: stated on the label.

Vitamin C

  • Servings: 720 ÷ 12 per serving = 60
  • In the pack: 60 × 12 mg = 720 mg
  • £44.99 ÷ 720 mg × 1 g = £62.49 per 1 g
  • A week £62.49 × 7 = £437.40 · a month × 30 = £1874.58 · a year × 365 = £22807.43
  • Amount per serving: stated on the label.
