Questions

How is the run-out date worked out?

From what you have and how many you take. An order adds its tablets, capsules or grams from the day it arrived, a count resets the stock, and each day you take it uses your daily amount; “about half” a pack of 180 counts as 90 until you correct it. The run-out date is the first day with less than a full day’s amount left. Weekdays-only, every-other-day and paused supplements are counted that way.

How is the order-by date worked out?

The run-out date, less two spare days (change them in settings), less the retailer’s standard delivery time in working days. Where we do not have a retailer’s delivery time, 3 working days are allowed; you can set your own for each supplement.

Where do the prices come from?

The same prices as the rest of the site, checked daily at 34 UK retailers (last on 20 October 2026). “Today’s prices” is the cheapest in-stock price of the same product. Always confirm the price on the retailer’s site.

Does it suggest what to take, or how much?

No. The supplements and the amounts are yours; the site compares prices and does not recommend any. If you take medication, are pregnant or have a health condition, check with a pharmacist or GP.
