Supplement cost per day
What a pack costs you a day, a month and a year at the amount you take, and which of two packs is cheaper for you.

How it is worked out
The price of one tablet, capsule or gram is the pack’s price divided by how many are in it: £14.99 for 180 tablets is about 8.3p a tablet. At 2 a day that is 16.7p a day. A month here is 30 days and a year 365, so twelve months come to a little less than a year.
Two packs can hold different strengths. To compare them for the same amount of the ingredient, enter how many of each you would take a day for that amount: two 100 mg tablets or one 200 mg tablet. The price tables do this for every product, per standard dose of each ingredient.
Questions
Is a bigger pack always cheaper per day?
Usually per tablet, not always: promotions often make a smaller pack cheaper. Divide each price by its count, then multiply by how many you take a day.
Does delivery change the answer?
It can: a small order below a retailer’s free-delivery threshold adds a charge. The basketadds each retailer’s delivery and finds the cheapest way to buy several supplements together.
