How we worked it out
Protein powder
- In the pack: 30 × 20 g = 600 g
- £36.99 ÷ 600 g × 25 g = £1.54 per 25 g protein
- A week £1.54 × 7 = £10.79 · a month × 30 = £46.24 · a year × 365 = £562.56
- Amount per serving: stated on the label.
BCAA
- In the pack: 30 × 4.6 g = 138 g
- £36.99 ÷ 138 g × 5 g = £1.34 per 5 g
- A week £1.34 × 7 = £9.38 · a month × 30 = £40.21 · a year × 365 = £489.18
- Amount per serving: stated on the label.
