A week£8.88

How we worked it out

Protein powder

  • Servings: 2250 ÷ 35 per serving = 64.3
  • In the pack: 64.3 × 21.5 g = 1,378.9 g
  • £69.99 ÷ 1,378.9 g × 25 g = £1.27 per 25 g protein
  • A week £1.27 × 7 = £8.88 · a month × 30 = £38.07 · a year × 365 = £463.16
  • Amount per serving: stated on the label.

BCAA

  • Servings: 2250 ÷ 35 per serving = 64.3
  • In the pack: 64.3 × 4.8 g = 308.6 g
  • £69.99 ÷ 308.6 g × 5 g = £1.13 per 5 g
  • A week £1.13 × 7 = £7.94 · a month × 30 = £34.02 · a year × 365 = £413.95
  • Amount per serving: stated on the label.
