How we worked it out

Protein powder

  • Servings: 2520 ÷ 28 per serving = 90
  • In the pack: 90 × 22 g = 1,980 g
  • £135.49 ÷ 1,980 g × 25 g = £1.71 per 25 g protein
  • A week £1.71 × 7 = £11.98 · a month × 30 = £51.32 · a year × 365 = £624.42
  • Amount per serving: stated on the label.

Caffeine

  • Servings: 2520 ÷ 28 per serving = 90
  • In the pack: 90 × 63.4 mg = 5.71 g
  • £135.49 ÷ 5.71 g × 200 mg = £4.75 per 200 mg
  • A week £4.75 × 7 = £33.24 · a month × 30 = £142.47 · a year × 365 = £1733.40
  • Amount per serving: stated on the label.
