What it really costs, per 100 mg magnesium98pOne 100 mg dose is our comparison unit for magnesium. It is not a recommendation.
A day98p
A week£6.87
A month£29.44
A year£358.19

At one 100 mg dose a day, this pack lasts 23 days. A month is 30 days, so twelve of them is not quite a year.

How we worked it out

Magnesium

  • Servings: 60 ÷ 2 per serving = 30
  • In the pack: 30 × 75 mg = 2.25 g
  • £22.08 ÷ 2.25 g × 100 mg = 98.1p per 100 mg magnesium
  • A week 98.1p × 7 = £6.87 · a month × 30 = £29.44 · a year × 365 = £358.19
  • Amount per serving: stated on the label.

5-HTP

  • Servings: 60 ÷ 2 per serving = 30
  • In the pack: 30 × 65 mg = 1.95 g
  • £22.08 ÷ 1.95 g × 100 mg = £1.13 per 100 mg
  • A week £1.13 × 7 = £7.93 · a month × 30 = £33.97 · a year × 365 = £413.29
  • Amount per serving: stated on the label.

Hops

  • Servings: 60 ÷ 2 per serving = 30
  • In the pack: 30 × 50 mg = 1.5 g
  • £22.08 ÷ 1.5 g × 300 mg = £4.42 per 300 mg
  • A week £4.42 × 7 = £30.91 · a month × 30 = £132.48 · a year × 365 = £1611.84
  • Amount per serving: extract weight stated on the label.

L-Glutamine

  • Servings: 60 ÷ 2 per serving = 30
  • In the pack: 30 × 250 mg = 7.5 g
  • £22.08 ÷ 7.5 g × 5 g = £14.72 per 5 g
  • A week £14.72 × 7 = £103.04 · a month × 30 = £441.60 · a year × 365 = £5372.80
  • Amount per serving: stated on the label.

L-Theanine

  • Servings: 60 ÷ 2 per serving = 30
  • In the pack: 30 × 50 mg = 1.5 g
  • £22.08 ÷ 1.5 g × 200 mg = £2.94 per 200 mg
  • A week £2.94 × 7 = £20.61 · a month × 30 = £88.32 · a year × 365 = £1074.56
  • Amount per serving: stated on the label.

L-Tryptophan

  • Servings: 60 ÷ 2 per serving = 30
  • In the pack: 30 × 220 mg = 6.6 g
  • £22.08 ÷ 6.6 g × 500 mg = £1.67 per 500 mg
  • A week £1.67 × 7 = £11.71 · a month × 30 = £50.18 · a year × 365 = £610.55
  • Amount per serving: stated on the label.
