Vitamin B12 Hydroxocobalamin

Also called B12, cobalamin, methylcobalamin and 3 more

cyanocobalamin, adenosylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin.

The best price per 1 mg and per month across 1 UK retailer, and where to buy it cheapest. A unit for comparing, not advice.

Comparing vitamin B12

Labels give cobalamin in micrograms, and some in milligrams: 1 mg is 1,000 mcg. We put every product in one unit before pricing it. Vitamin B12 comes as methylcobalamin, cyanocobalamin, hydroxocobalamin and form not stated, and each form has its own table, because someone buying one would not usually take another as a like-for-like substitute. Products that combine vitamin B12 with other ingredients are listed separately, because their price buys more than cobalamin. 1 mg is our unit for comparing prices, not a dose to take: the label’s directions and a pharmacist decide that.
